PROJECT: Gym Floor Refurbishment
Delivered comprehensive Health & Safety site audits throughout the gym floor refurbishment works, incorporating detailed reviews of site documentation, training records, and the delivery of toolbox talks. The audits focused on ensuring the Principal Contractor’s compliance with CDM Regulations 2015, effective risk management, and safe working practices within a live, high-end leisure environment. Ongoing support helped maintain standards, address issues proactively, and minimise disruption to operations while works were underway.
